At the Old Rectory we provide 24 hour care, tailored to the individual needs of each resident in close partnership with the resident and their family.
Through skilled residential care we promote independence, maintain dignity and respect and treat residents as the unique individuals that they are, using a holistic person centered approach.
Our staff are experienced and share our vision of providing excellent care to all our residents.
Our Manager and our Head of care have extensive experience and knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector with over 30 years’ experience each and all staff as well as the Management team regularly update their knowledge so that the care in the home reflects current best practice.
A lot of our staff have been with the old Rectory for a long time, some for over 20 years and we are proud to say that we have a minimal staff turnover. We have several staff who have completed NVQ 2 and 3, some staff with NVQ level 5 or working towards it. Newly recruited staff complete the care certificate during their first 6 weeks with us.
